  No one was in the office when I arrived. Went to use the bathroom down the hall but there was a sign on the door saying I needed a key from the office. Viscous cycle. They were nice when they were in the office. Fairly prompt. Did a quick looking over of issues and was told when the main issue arises again to come back and get a ct scan. Until then, do what I've been doing. So issue is not really resolved until I get sick again. Which I don't want. Not sure how I feel. Kind of a let down maybe since I had to get referrals etc.... So I'll wait until I get sick again. Hopefully that will be a long time from now. I will review again then.

  Dr Smith was a gem with my 5 year old. He was playful with her but also answered all my questions. The office staff was also very friendly and the overall experience was great. I rarely write reviews, but the entire team with Dr. Smith deserves it. Keep up the good work!

  Doctor and assistants were very knowledgeable and personable. They explained my health situation in a way that I could understand everything that was communicated. The care that I received through the Veterans Choice program far exceeds the care that I had previously received from the VA facilities in both Spokane and Seattle.
