- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr McInnis is clear, concise and has a very good personality. I enjoyed the explanation he gave of my hip problem, while showing me what my X-ray looked like. He didn't have to but I was interested so he was happy to do it. I had several questions about my future athletic life as a senior and he was very hopeful. I have always been active, but my hip arthritis and possible ligament tear was causing intense pain, which limited my walking. He said he recommended a hip replacement eventually, but I might put if off for a while with a shot of steroids to get rid of inflammation. That has worked for almost six months now. His partner, Dr Anderson administered the shot and it didn't hurt at all. I feel much better. I know I may need surgery eventually and I will trust him to perform it. The office lady that made my next appointment was real sweet and helpful too. She worked in the back and answered every question she could. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Good experience with the Doctor himself, however, his staff leaves something to be desired. Someone left 2 messages for me last week, then later in the conversation, maybe he didn't leave a message! Horrible patient service from the staff.
